KIMBERLY POWERS
Broker Owner Kimberly Powers is the inspirational impetus behind the business, bringing 16 years of experience to the ever-evolving challenges of Real Estate in Colorado. Kimberly possesses both RSPS and GRI certifications, and has added Notary Public to her list of qualifications. Resort and Second Homes Property Specialist (RSPS) is an official National Association of Realtors (NAR) certification that allows buyers and sellers to have confidence in the ability of a broker who specializes in buying and selling properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in a resort, recreational and/or vacation destination. Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) is a national designation recognizing successful completion of a 90-hour course study that meets accreditation standards established by NAR.


RAVEN THACKER
"I relocated my daughter and myself to beautiful Colorado from the flat plains of the Midwest in 2018 and have been in love ever since. I am excited to begin showing my passion for this state by helping you find your dream property. I earned my real estate license in May of 2022, after 15+ years of working in the service industry. Being a deeply family-oriented person, I am working alongside my mother and brother at the reputable Summit & Main Realty Group to acquire as much expertise and guidance as I can. Learning is a journey, so in turn, I make sure to keep my education current and concise to assist you in any way you need. A sincere desire to help others and see them succeed in all their real estate adventures is what motivates me. I am eager to build and maintain relationships with my clients through a foundation of honesty, integrity, and professionalism."

MIKE BELCHER
Mike's boundless enthusiasm for life in general carries over into his real estate dealings. Like Raven, he relocated from the Midwest a few years ago, and earned his Colorado real estate license in May of 2022. His prior work endeavors include stints in the service and manufacturing industries, and sports writing for the Defiance (OH) Crescent News. A weekly sports podcast is among Mike's current pursuits. In the real estate realm, whether he's helping buyers or sellers, Mike's quick mind and genial personality never fail to inject effervescence into every transaction.


ELLEN HAIGHT
As the VP of First Impressions and unlicensed assistant to Kimberly, Mike and Raven, Ellen is frequently the first voice you hear on the phone, and the first face you see when you enter our beautifully appointed office on the west end of town.


Current hours are 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, weekends by appointment.
