KIMBERLY POWERS
Broker-owner Kimberly Powers is the inspiration behind the business. In 2006, I found an ad in Mother Earth News for a cabin on 70 acres in Westcliffe, CO. My first question was, 'Where in the world is Westcliffe, Colorado?' Soon, I had the answer and have lived here beneath the magnificent Sangre de Cristo Mountains ever since! Besides the awe-inspiring views, mountains, outdoor life, sunsets, and wildlife is the community itself. All bring about the true pleasure of living in this diverse, rural community full of dirt roads and no big chain anything! High mountain living opens a whole new world to many. When arriving here, I helped establish recycling programs in the valley, supported our local gyms, and was active on several boards. Previously licensed in Indiana, I reciprocated my real estate license with Colorado and continue to gain many educational opportunities in real estate. I ventured out independently to create and establish Summit & Main Realty Group. Recently, my son Mike and daughter Raven joined the office as brokers. Ellen and Anne keep things running smoothly from the front desk, and our family-oriented business thrives on helping our clients reach their definition of real estate success. RAVEN THACKER

MIKE BELCHER
Mike's boundless enthusiasm for life carries over into his real estate dealings. Like Raven, he relocated from the Midwest a few years ago and earned his Colorado real estate license in May 2022. His prior work endeavors include stints in the service and manufacturing industries and sports writing for the Defiance (OH) Crescent News. A weekly sports podcast is among Mike's current pursuits. In the real estate realm, whether he's helping buyers or sellers, Mike's quick mind and genial personality never fail to inject enthusiasm into every transaction.

As the VP of First Impressions and unlicensed assistant to Kimberly, Mike, and Raven, Ellen is frequently the first voice you hear on the phone and the first face you see when you enter our beautifully appointed office on the west end of town.


Current hours are 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, weekends by appointment.
